Service Description
AntiqueScanner provides AI-assisted antique identification, valuation guidance, authenticity signaling, and scan history features. Results are informational only.
No Professional Appraisal Advice
AntiqueScanner is not a certified appraiser, financial advisor, or legal advisor. Outputs are estimates and guidance, not guarantees of authenticity, value, saleability, or condition.
Accounts
You may use certain features without an account. Some features may require sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your chosen sign-in provider (Apple/Google).
Subscriptions, Free Trial, Billing
Paid features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase. A 3-day free trial may be offered where available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. You can manage subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: Misuse the app or attempt to disrupt service/security. Upload illegal or infringing content. Reverse engineer or exploit the app beyond permitted law.
User Content
You retain rights to your uploaded content. You grant AntiqueScanner a limited license to process submitted content solely to provide and improve the service.
Intellectual Property
The app, brand, design, software, and related materials are owned by AntiqueScanner or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntiqueScanner and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/business arising from app use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal risk, or service protection reasons. You may stop using the app at any time and can delete your account in-app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
